Small Enough to Care, Big Enough to Make a Difference |

One visit to the Preston Road Church of Christ, and you will discover we have a Spirit and a calling all our own. Built into our DNA is a simple motto that gives our congregation a Kingdom focus: "Sharing Jesus Christ and Growing in His Likeness." More than our practices, our productivity, or our purpose statement, PRCC is focused upon life with a person--Jesus Christ.
We believe every person finds purpose and productivity by being transformed into the image of Jesus Christ. All our practices are shaped around knowing Christ, and making Him known. Yet more than just being an individual Christian, we know life's deepest blessings are formed in being God's community, the church. When you visit our family at PRCC, you will find warmth and love, yet you will also notice it's that way only because we keep working at it.
A quick look at the makeup of our church family will help you see we love children and youth in a special way. Jesus made a unique place in His ministry for children, and we have done the same. We hope you'll visit our children and youth pages to see how strategic our focus is in helping parents. Even more, we are excited about our new building expansion, "Building Families – Sharing Community" scheduled to be completed by summer 2008.
We are amazed at God's grace in allowing our mid-size church to accomplish so much for His Kingdom. Besides our focus on families, you'll notice that we are deeply committed to world missions (especially in Africa and Thailand), a ministry to help women leave the adult entertainment industry called New Friends New Life, a health clinic located in our facility for the working poor, prison ministry, conversational English using the Bible, and the list goes on. Preston Road is that rare combination of churches: Small enough to care, big enough to make a difference. God has a place for you in His Kingdom; we hope it is here with us at Preston Road!
